Do you only work with churches?

No. Church work is a major part of our background, but we also work with nonprofits, small businesses, events, and organizations outside the church space. Our strength is helping people communicate mission clearly. That applies to ministries, brands, founders, nonprofits, and community organizations.

What makes Unveil different from another videographer?

We do not just show up and capture footage. We help clarify the story first. Our work combines production, strategy, design, and messaging. The goal is not just to make something look good. The goal is to create something that builds trust and moves people to action.

Can you help us figure out what kind of video we need?

Yes. Many clients come to us with a broad idea, not a finished plan. We help clarify the goal, audience, message, and best format before recommending deliverables. Sometimes the right answer is a brand film. Sometimes it is event coverage, short-form content, a campaign, or a simpler piece.

What does a typical video project cost?

Every project is priced to scope, so the cost depends on what you actually need. Smaller pieces, event coverage, and larger live or conference productions each sit at a different level based on crew size, length, travel, and deliverables. Do you do live recordings or multi-camera event production?

Yes. Live recording and multi-camera event production are a core part of what we do. Pricing scales with event size, crew, gear needs, number of days, and final deliverables, so we scope each one individually and quote it once we understand the event.

Do you provide social media management?

Yes. Social media management is available on a monthly basis. Packages can include strategy, content planning, editing, posting, and creative direction. Pricing depends on the amount of content, the number of platforms, and whether filming is included.

Do you offer discounts for churches or nonprofits?

Sometimes. We care deeply about mission-driven work and may offer discounts for churches, nonprofits, or organizations in our network. That said, we usually prefer to adjust the project scope instead of simply reducing price. This protects the quality of the work and keeps expectations clear.

Can you work with a small budget?

Sometimes. We are honest about what is possible. If the budget is small, we may recommend a smaller scope, fewer deliverables, a simpler edit, or a phased approach. We do not want to overpromise and underdeliver.

What is required to book a project?

After the discovery call and approved proposal, we require a 50% deposit to secure the project date and begin work. The remaining balance is due before final delivery unless a different payment schedule is agreed upon.

How fast can we get the final video?

Smaller projects are usually delivered within about two weeks after the shoot date. Larger projects, events, campaigns, or multi-video deliverables may take longer. Timeline depends on edit complexity, feedback speed, revision rounds, and the number of final assets.

Do you travel?

Yes. Travel is available depending on the project. Travel costs are quoted separately and may include mileage, flights, lodging, meals, rental vehicles, parking, and additional travel days when needed.

What does Unveil do?

Unveil is a creative studio that helps churches, ministries, nonprofits, and brands tell their story through video production, event coverage, livestream, social media, and design. We also equip creatives through our Backstage conference and on-site Workshops.

Do you travel, or work remotely?

Both. We work with clients across the country, on location and remotely, and we travel for events, productions, and on-site workshops.

How much does a project cost?
